All French as a Foreign Language courses are organised by the CUEFA (Centre Universitaire d'Etudes Françaises d'Avignon), based on the main campus in the town centre. The CUEFA offers a range of courses during the academic year :
- intensive courses,
- extensive courses 3 h/week
- tailor-made courses.
We also offer free specific courses for international students enrolled at the University of Avignon : courses for exchange students and for non-exchange students.
The CUEFA is an official examination centre for a range of tests and diplomas.
In July, you will have the opportunity to take part in an outstanding cultural event, the Theatre Festival of Avignon, which is used as a basis for our summer courses.
The CUEFA is a member of ADCUEFE (association of university-based French language centres Campus-fle.fr).
The CUEFA has been awarded the Label Qualité FLE. This quality certification is awarded by the French ministries of Culture and Communication, Foreign and European Affairs, and Higher Education and Research.
