Les activités de recherche de l’équipe CBSA se positionnent aux interfaces de la chimie, de la biologie et de la physique autour de trois thématiques principales visant à développer : (1) des outils moléculaires amphiphiles utilisables pour la caractérisation des protéines membranaires, le dépôt contrôlé de nanoparticules, la mise au point d'agents de contraste ultrasonore ; (2) des vecteurs de type dendrimère ou oligomère pour le transport ciblé d’actifs à visée anti-inflammatoire, anticancéreuse et/ou anti-angiogénique; (3) de nouveaux anti-oxydants d’intérêt thérapeutique ainsi que l’étude de leurs propriétés anti-oxydantes en milieu chimique et biologique.
Nos activités de recherche peuvent trouver des applications dans des domaines aussi variés que le monde médical, biomédical, vétérinaire, agroalimentaire ou encore dans la fabrication de nouveaux transistors.

Élaboration de nouvelles structures moléculaires amphiphiles, macromoléculaires ou supra-moléculaires biocompatibles susceptibles de moduler la biodisponibilité d'un principe actif (protéine, gène, médicament ou biocide). Mise au point de nouveaux systèmes anti-inflammatoires et/ou anti-oxydants contre les maladies neurodégénératives (Sclérose en Plaques, maladie d’Alzheimer…). Mise au point de systèmes supramoléculaires pour la manipulation et le dépôt de nanoparticules.
